Default I\'ll take \"Dealer Terminology\" for $200 Alex

What is a "cut card"?

You can get them at a number of places online. Just make sure you get the right size, they have wide ones and narrow ones. www.gamblersgeneralstore.com is one, I think.

For $200: "What they call the chips the dealer uses for dividing the stacks in his rack."

??

Default what is a lammer?

assuming you're talking about the clear small disks, smaller than poker chips by about 40%, that are also used to mark locked up seats.
