Default Party Poker\'s Pathetic Software Bug

Has anyone been able to get rid of the bug where the options dissapear when it's your turn?

It happens 8-10 time a day now, just flopped trips a second ago and saw a bet and a re-raise right before it went on me and i was option-less

How do you get rid of this junk? I've reinstalled PP many times... is it just Party's cheap software?

Yes its been happening to a lot of people here including myself for over a month and they're utterly clueless.

It seems to help if you only play one table and don't switch to other applications.

its happened to me. Someone posted some hot keys you can suse intstead. Say, F4, F5, and F6 or something like that.
They represent yout options, fold, call raise. I have not tired it yet. I don't know the exact mapping either. But its worth a shot !

They have software that literally prevents you from playing. You continue to play there.

Who's the clueless one?

Has anyone contacted Party's support and if so, what was their response? I have never encountered the problem myself.

You could try replying to the thread that their consultant started to help him fix this bug, or you could just post about it being pathetic.

Up to you which you feel is more beneficial.

If you choose to trade off crappy service and software for the games, don't cry about it. Personally, I don't think they're clueless at all; you as much as say you won't leave no matter what, so why should then spend even one penny improving their software? A good question that I guess they haven't come up with an answer to yet.

Its up to you to decide whether its worth it or not. I have found the games on other sites to be not particularly tougher than Party's (at least at the 10-20 level).

You bought the sizzle, don't be surprised if it doesn't taste like steak.
