Intertops Cashout Problem

I'm trying to figure out how I can cashout from Intertops Poker without getting screwed on the Canadian dollar exchange.

I want to withdraw money from my Intertops Poker account, but the only way to do this is to first withdraw the money to my Intertops Sportsbook account which is in Canadian Funds. I asked Intertops to change the currency of the account to USD but they said I would have to cancel both my Intertops Poker account AND my Sportsbook account which I dont really want to do.

So if I do withdraw the funds to my Intertops sportsbook account and then withdraw the funds from there to Neteller I am gonna get screwed on the exchange rate (twice!). =(

Any suggestions?

I vaguely remember a long time ago Intertops promising something that they would reimburse any money you lose on exchange rates when withdrawing. Can anyone confirm this?

Cant you use IGM-PAY and jsut register a bank account to the account?

No. IGM-Pay does not support Canadian bank accounts. GrrRR!
