Default PrimaPoker or just scumbag business partner??

I'm am done playing at Prima Poker sites. I've cashed out from them twice. The first one showed up after 18 days. The second request was made 10 days ago and has still not showed up. Is this just a problem with the skin I'm playing at, or is this sort of BS consistent throughout the Prima Network?

I play through the gaming club and get my cashouts in under 24 hours always.

Which skin is it?

I've had no problem with my one-time only cash out at Gaming Club, but I've heard some bad stories about others.

It's Golden Riviera. They've been terrible. They don't respond to emails & their cashouts are taking FOREVER (TWO WEEKS??)

Don't think it's Prima

I've played Royal Vegas, 7Sultans, Aztec Riches, and Gaming Club...never had a cash out go more than 48 hrs. Granted 48hrs isn't the swiftest, but they've always come through.

Make sure you selected a preferred cashout method...maybe that's the problem?

I have had the same problem.

Cash outs to neteller have varied fron 2 days to 2 weeks.

Been ok lately but... it's true the other skins all pay fast.. GR takes thier sweet time sometimes.

They're also the only skin that gives a %40 rebuy EVERY weekend. ($20 on $50 max)

Guess what keeps me there?

Matt

I'm using PrePaid ATM, but I don't think that's the problem. I play at Absolute Poker using the same method and they always hit my account around 12-24 hours (usually less - They are REALLY fast).

I know I always whine but here is a true story. If you do not like whines then don't read.

I used to play at big dollar poker, which is a prima poker site. I made two cashouts in roughly 3 days. Both cashouts I requested to be sent to my prepaid atm account. So on the 5th day of waiting I contacted them to ask what was going on. They gave me the run around and that is when I told them to make sure it goes to my prepaid atm account.

On the tenth day of waiting I get an email from proc cyber services saying that a check was sent for my cashouts. They sent me a check even though I requested prepaid atm, which was my original funding method. They screwed up even though I was assured several times that they would send it to prepaid atm. Nevertheless they cancelled the check, which took a week.

Finally after 3 weeks of waiting my cashouts were sent to prepaid atm. 3 weeks of waiting, for a site that claims cashouts will be done in 3-4 buisness days.

I never played on a prima poker network site again. I think that they intentionally stalled my cashouts, so they could hold onto the money longer. It was either that, or they are so retarted that they cannot complete a simple cashout request.
