Default preflop cards on sng\'s

looking for opinions on this. fairly new to sng's -- i've played about 150 on party and stars, single table and 2-tables. mainly $30, a few $50's. I'm ahead, but not by a lot.

i've noticed the tendency of players to limp in on a huge variety of first 2 cards, not a lot of preflop raising.
i try to stick to sklansky's chart on first 2-cards....but sometimes the cards don't fall in these quick sprints and i end up bleeding out waiting and waiting.

so the question is....(except when all out bluffing)...how much do you stray from the chart on deciding which hands to play?

thanks!

Tourney poker is a far far different game from your normal ring game, and the longer it goes the more different it is. I would recommend you pick up Sklansky's Tournament Poker For Advanced Players, it will help you out a lot and clear up a lot of these issues, especially with regards to starting hands.
