Thanks. From all the reading I've been doing I had expected to be played with a lot by now. I'll consider myself lucky and continue at 10-20 to gain lots more experience at the table.

Finally, what should I look for in myself that would make me realistically expect to earn more at a tougher 20-40 game than at an easy 10-20 game?
