If you mean cashing-out (or cashing-in, in TGC lingo) I have not had any problems. It has been generally taking about 24 hrs via Neteller.

Yes, it's been a pain the f***ing ass for me. I've emailed support about 5 times and so far nothing. They have told me twice that the cashout has successfully started, and i need to wait a few days, however, after 2 weeks (twice) nothing happened. ARRRGGGGG. It's only a small amount which pisses me off even more since I feel like my time cashing out would have been much better spent at the tables making twice as much money.

The bottom line is that their cashouts are unacceptable. 95% of cash outs should go through smoothly without ever having to deal with support at all. I so far am 0 for 4 despite not being a complicated case at all other than the fact that I never bought in to the site. On top of that, it's less than a $200 cash out.

After my first cashout it has been no problem at all, just remember that it will take a little longer if you request a cashout in the weekends.

After a phone conversation, I thought my cashout was on its way. But they cancel it claiming they had problem whit cashout through Neteller... My cash went back to my accout. Just ordered a check...

To be continued...
