Thanks for the data. Assuming completely even distribution, a card should appear in 9,471 flops out of 164,182. The worst offender on the high side (by eyeballing the chart) appears to be the 5 of hearts, appearing 9730 times. That is 2.7% above a normal distribution, but within the standard deviation.

The offender on the low end is the 7 of hearts, appearing 9184 times. That's 3% below normal.

Looking at each "position" of the flop, you're probably going to get more drift from the normal.
