Poker in Winnipeg ???

It looks like I'll be a few days in Winnipeg soon?
I see that there are possibly two card rooms:
Club Regent and McPhillips Street Station.
Which is is better? I heard that the games are not well
run. Is this true? How are the players? Any info
would be appreciated.
