Default Aces in the BB

Same 2/4 table as the Kings hand.

I've got red Aces in the BB. Unfortunately it was folded to the button who raises. Bad time to steal dude. SB folds, I 3-bet, he calls.

Flop J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, he raises, I 3-bet, he calls.

Turn 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet, he raises, I pause for a second and ram it again, he caps. Uh oh.

River 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, he calls.

Nutcracker,

At least you didnt fold.

He has KJ JQ or J 10. He could have AJ, however you have the Ace of trump.

I think you played the hand well. You lose to JJ or some kind of strange two pair, or even bottom set. Most of the time your good here, I think you played the hand fine.

He had the powerhouse 89off, and I have to go buy a new mouse.

You still played it well. You will punish him next time for his loose steal standards

After he caps the turn you might check the river. But then you would have to call his river bet anywhy. So not much you could have done differently.
