Is this bonus whoring revenge by Empire?

I requested a cash out a week ago and did not get my money in my Neteller account. An email generated a canned response after 2 days and another 2 days later still no money. Called the life line and after giving my account info got transferred to another line and gave account info all over again. After I was properly identified, the Indian accented guy said, "what can I do for you?". Well, I am supposed to get my money within 24 hours......we'll see.

Empire cashouts have been very slow over the last few weeks (at least for me)...My most recent cashout took 5 days.

I cashed out over $500 six hours ago and it is in my neteller account now.

I had an empire cashout take a few days earlier this week, and I have an intertops cashout that took just under two weeks before it was finally "approved" earlier today (hadn't even been bonus whoring there)

It seems like cashout delays are just sporadically randomized to maximize annoyance.

Most likely it is due to some of the above players having become "preferred" players - which speeds up the cashout time considerably.

My Party/Empire cashouts have never taken longer than a few hours.
