Default Anyone had this happen? Empire Pok.. losing a won a hand?

AT Empire Poker.

I had a/9 of hearts, late position.
4 players see the flop. A3x

Preflop raiser in first position bets the flop.
2 others call. I have top pair Ace.
Then a 9 comes out I have two pair, so I raise in last position. The other guy reraises, and the other guy caps / or I capped.

Then on the river some blank shows up. The initial bettor bets, other guy folds, another guy was all in on the turn btw. I then reraise, thinking my top two pair is good.

The winner was teh initial bettor with a/3 two pair!!!!

How the [censored] was that possible? I check the hand history and it says I held a/q hearts, meanwhile, I was staring right at my a/9 two pair. Why else would I cap the turn and reraise the river?

I tell the Empire Poker people this but they insist that their program is relatively flawless. I'm a little shocked that this happened myself.

the fact that you think a raise is a reraise leads me to believe the odds are higher that you misread your hand

I actually have had this happen to me two times when I thought my two pair were best and lost to another two pair. Both times I checked the HH and it said I had something different than what I thought. Both times, I was playing multiple tables so I wasn't 100 percent sure that I had what I thought I had. I actually believe the original poster because both times I was 99% sure that I had the winning hand but the HH said different.

I've played over 200k hands between party and empire and have never seen or heard of this happening before.

The same thing happened to me several months ago at Party. I lost with the winning hand twice in an hour. I have over 4000 hours of online play and it has never happened before or since. Support said that my computer may not have refreshed and did not offer me as much as an apology. Needless to say, I no longer play there.
