This is a hand that you have to trust your instinct. When a tight player makes a mininum raise in that spot AA crosses my mind instantly. Kathy Liebert did this last night on TV, Jennifer Harmon sensed this when she has 99 and still called for all her chips. Usually it's not the tight player making min raises unless it's AA or KK. I usually will make the same opening raise (4BB) so I don't give any info away.
In this hand with JJ I would put in the min reraise since most players are just dying to reraise you. A min raise followed by a reraise by a tight player is a dead giveaway.
Fold to a big reraise or call another small raise and see what flops.
