Checkraise on turn = always beat?

I've been playing low limit for about a year and have been thinking about this for a while (but don't have enough pokertracker stats to analyze yet).

It seems to me, at low limit online tables, when you are checkraised on the turn heads up and you don't have more than TPTK, you are always beat. Low limit players online play predictably, and this play usually indicates a flopped set or two pair. My question: In the longrun, since it is unlikely anyone at the lowlimit tables would catch on and exploit, would it be correct to always instantly fold when you are checkraised on the turn heads up with top pair or less? I would guess that this would save about .75 - 1 BB/HR, but I don't have any stats for it.

Seems like, if this is sound, could make a big difference in the longrun.

Sometimes you are beat, sometimes it is a semibluff by your opponents. If the board is drawless, you can probably fold safely, if there are draws out there, you have to consider the raiser, and make a judgemet about what they have.
