No not yet. I still plan to. I am going to bring my fly gear back from my Xmas vacation in Seattle, so perhaps that will motivate me. But I am skeptical they produce any flies for the local market. More accurately, that there is a local market.

But I heard a rumor that an Indian guy is going to open a fly shop in Chiang Mai, so I will have to pay him a visit. A local friend says I am crazy to bother with a fly rod here because Chiang Mai fish like to eat bread and sticky rice, not bugs. We'll see.
