Did Iplay this too aggresively?
3/6 Game at Party. One player (previous post) on tilt and making horrible plays. This hand is several hands after that, but the first one I've stayed in since.
Loose game, seat 10 on tilt. 9 handed game. seat 6 empty. Seat 7 is the button Seat 10 Calls Seat 1 Folds Seat 2 Folds Seat 3 Raises (me, with Ah,Ad) Seat 4 Folds Seat 5 Folds Seat 7 Calls Seat 8 Folds (SB) Seat 9 Calls (BB) Seat 10 Calls Flop: Qh,As,7s Seat 9 Checks Seat 10 Bets Seat 3 Raises (me) Seat 7 Folds Seat 9 Folds Seat 10 Calls Turn: 2d Seat 10 Checks Seat 3 Bets (me) Seat 10 Calls River: 3d Seat 10 Checks Seat 3 Bets Seat 10 calls Did I play this too aggresively and knock too many people out of the pot? After the flop someone could be on a spade flush draw. I almost always play a flopped set very fast, but wonder if I should have slowed it down with pocket aces to keep more players in? I ended up winning with 3 of kind, Aces. Seat 10 (still on tilt from me beating his pocket aces with a very lucky river draw) had a pair of aces. |

Re: Did Iplay this too aggresively?
How would you have felt if you had let someone beat you by getting to the turn for one SB? People could easily have seen the flop with JT, KJ, or two spades. You have to make the draws shut-up or pay.
