Default Tourney Situation w/ 10-10

Home Tourney, Mostly solid players but a couple of unknowns. $20 buy in gets you $20 in chips. 14 players down to nine, single table. Avg stack about $35 except for one guy catching everything has about $90. Blinds are $.75-1.50.
Hero($16 stack after BB): BB
UTG: unknown player but decent makes min. raise to $3
UTG + 1 (who plays too many hands): Calls
Folded around to hero who is staring at 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero moves all in
UTG folds
UTG ponders for a while, said he likes the way his hand looks and calls, flips over to my, and everyone elses disgust (disgust bc he has knocked out some people will some real questionable hands)
Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Question: Did I play this right? What are the percentages at that point? I appreciated any responses.
Results soon to follow.

You did fine. What else can you ask for but to get all of your chips in when you are way ahead. You are a 67.5% favorite to win.

Of course the UTG+1 idiot who risked almost 50% of his tourny chips with a hand I wouldnt have even called the first raise with...draws me out. But oh well. Here it is.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]...and a dagger through my heart...but wait!...flush draw w/ my tens also as outs.
11(?) outs, 2 cards left...22/45= 48% still.
Unfortunately, none came and hero left quickly with only an apoligetic look from Q9 guy (he's a friend)
Oh well there is always next time.

Against this player, obviously yes, as you managed to get your money in as a 2:1.
