Re: How to play American Airlines
Not such a good river. be disciplined and fold, you are not good here one in 3 times. Top card pairing on board=death for aces. Better luck next time.

Re: How to play American Airlines
I just noticed that as this is 4-handed, CO is in fact button.
Calling here is probably -ev and I was pretty convinced I was beat. Then again, Villain is a little tilty as I have been pushing him and everyone else out of a lot of pots lately being very aggressive. I thought he was capable of pushing here with a busted draw or even with a queen as I had shown weakness by checking. And I do get over 4-1 odds for the call. Faulty logic? I think I might have a leak in my game with unimproved big pairs. About the turn. If I bet only 1/2 pot as I did and UTG calls, Button gets the odds to chase if he's on a draw. If I bet more, I have so little left that I probably have to get everything in on the river anyways. So could it be better to push here and increase my chances of taking the pot down on the turn as it is fairly large already? |

Re: How to play American Airlines
This is what happened:
Hero makes a crying call all-in, Villain shows K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] for a boat and takes down the pot. Hero throws laptop out of the window. Comments? |
