Workout goals /= being overweight. My weight is fine but I'd like to be able to benchpress my own weight, you know, for that rare occasion when you're trapped under a car and need those pecs to get you out of harms way. To the OP: Whatever you do, come up with an alibi to tell people when they ask "what are you doing for New Years." Or win at least 1k on party that night. Or lie and say you did.
