bet365 rejected my cashout

They simply rejected the cashout twice (says 'rejected' in neteller - I did it properly, it's worked in the past). I cashed out exactly the balance on my account (to the cent). The bonus is included in the cashout, and it is indeed in my account.

I last cashe dout of Bet365 on Nov 22. I was rejected on Dec 26 and 27 (I tried twice).
