You're obviously behind, unless villain is a total retard. Against 2-pair you'll have ~7 outs. Against a set 2 outs and against a straight 0 outs. UTG+1 has played his hand strange, if we assume he's on a straight as often as he's on 2-pair, this is a slim call getting 14:1 (7/2 + 0/2 = 3.5 outs, slightly less because you risk being up against a set). He's an idiot, but is he over aggressive? The read is vague, the call is slim, but I think it's fine.Probably about 0EV. Hitting the 4 on the river makes the call a must.
