i suck @ non-hu limit as u know:

1) bet.
2) fine.
3) meh. opponent dependent.
4) bet/fld turn?
5) obv.
6) no; riv> turn tho; unless its turn for a free sd.
7) i nvr cc here b/c i dont play uber-goot postflop. I assume u dont either; and i think this should be taken into accound. Personally i'd cap TT+.
8) wtf? i bet flop, i cal river.
