Aside from the tiny sample size, there are far too many other factors to consider to even begin to make this kind of analysis.

From my gut, I would say that yes, SLAG beats TAG...if the SLAG player is very skilled postflop and is playing at a limit where such skill is likely to win him pots without actually having the best hand.
