PokerTracker DB with 1 million hands played, stats?
Anyone have 1 million hands played (themselves) in a PT database they would like to share the stats with?
Maybe this is too high, what are some of the larger dbs out there? |

Re: PokerTracker DB with 1 million hands played, stats?
Unlikely anyone will have one with this many, because the old Access DBs could only hold 500 - 600K hands, and even if someone converted to SQL, they prob would have seen substantial slowdowns as they approached 1M hands and if they were smart would have just created a new one. I have 400,000 hands played and am about to create a new one myself for 2006.

Specifically, what stats are you looking for?

Re: PokerTracker DB with 1 million hands played, stats?
hey teddy (or anyone else),
I just got pokertracker the other day and want to know how many hands you need to make reliable conclusions/assertions about your play. I want to know what my BB/100 is (plus a few other things) AFTER the bad luck/good luck factor has evened out... What is the min number of hands you need? 80,000? 150,000? And what does the "compact DB" button do? Won't that help you guys with HUGE DBs? |

Specifically, what stats are you looking for? [/ QUOTE ] Pretty much that screen shot of the general of where the limits are shown and basic stats there. Also the more detail for overall. I know a lot of the things will be off if the person bounces around SH and full but it would be interesting. I love looking at stats. |

Ask in the statistics forum, after you read their stickies.
Oh, I am sure the compact DB button has been pushed plenty. But it's still not enough. |
