I don't believe there is an initial deposit bonus at Stars (at least there wasn't when I researched it over the summer).
The do have reload bonuses from time to time -- and you can clear those playing SNGs, which is nice.

My initial deposit was many moons ago and I couldn't tell if I got one or not..........

Just don't get tempted to play above your bankroll. Since Stars has no affiliate/rakeback, there's nothing lost signing up.
