What's the difference between a movie trailer and teaser?

It's easy

Teaser: Melinda, the chick that works at Burger King. She keeps saying a "Whopper is better than a "quarter Pounder" But when I ask her out she shoots me down and has me escorted out by Lonnie the Weekend Manager. Damn, I HATE Lonnie.

Trailer: Where Melinda lives. It's over on Elm Street.
