AKs preflop
I think we're midway into the second hour when I get this hand. No reads on villains. Am I too often dominated to push this? Do I call and see the flop?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (10 handed) converter BB (t7645) UTG (t6025) Hero (t8880) UTG+2 (t18750) MP1 (t11237) MP2 (t2010) MP3 (t19100) CO (t7365) Button (t13670) SB (t5175) Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Hero raises to t1200, MP2 is all-in t2010, SB calls t1810, Hero? |

Re: AKs preflop
I think I would definitely at least call to see the flop. If you hit anything, push. Don't think you have much fold equity here with a push. I think alot of times SB will have a big pocket pair, but with around 5:1 pot odds, I think its a definite call.

Re: AKs preflop
This is a very easy push. You just aren't up against AA enough to fold it preflop.

Re: AKs preflop
I'd push it PF. SB may lay it down but I would rather get my chips in there now and take away the SnG from the SB.
NO way I'm folding PF. |
