Default NL Blinds

In a NL game w/ 5/10 blinds is the betting similar to limit in that: 10 would be the minimum opening bet on the first round and flop and 20 on the turn(3rd betting round) and river? Or, is 10 the minimum on all rounds? This came up on our first home tourney. Thanks in advance for any responses.

10 is the minimum on all rounds ... as a good player this shouldn't matter since you will never make this bet.
