I agree counting our A and K outs as clean would be a mistake which is why I think dumping this hand on the turn would be best.

I capped pre flop because of my read and followed through on the flop for the very same reason.

what range did you think he was 3betting with?

I also can't recall the exact pre flop raise stat, but it mid to upper teens. I thought he could be 3 betting with a lot of things.
