WTF, you lost $175? That doesn't sound right. Legitimate blackjack games have a variance of 0.

[/ QUOTE ]

it was practice, Homer. i was using play money and started with $5000 and then an hour later, saw my money down to $4870something! it was unreal! sure, it was play money but what if i was playing with REAL money? also, i was betting $5 because that was the minimum intercasino would let me play (again, using play money).

i got a little angry (i don't know at whom) and was shocked a little because i've NEVER lost that much money in that short a time.

but, since almost everyone is saying how ridiculously easy blackjack whoring is, i've decided i'm gonna give it one last try. i've already deposited $200 (real money this time) at Casino On Net and i got the 100% sticky bonus so now my money is $400. i'm gonna play NON-STOP - 6-8 hours straight - today and decide whether blackjack winning relies entirely on luck OR there is some way you can do to help you win more (like following the strategy guides).

[/ QUOTE ]

Based on your posts, you still seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of this game, and I encourage you NOT to play it. Blackjack IS NOT a beatable game. The only reason why people can make money at it is because some casinos will give you a bonus, and you won't lose the entire bonus while playing out the wagering requirements (but you will lose some of it). Playing completely proper strategy in online blackjack will still leave the house with an edge of at least .5%, and possibly as much as 2 % depending on the rules. You seem to think that you can beat the game. You cannot. I strongly encourage you not to do this, I almost guarantee you will bust.

started with $400 ($200 sticky bonus) and it's now down to $347. it amazes me how i've correctly guessed 6 straight times what the dealer's cards are going to be (2 blackjacks and the rest over 19)! also, i've played close to an hour now and i've NEVER seen the dealer have a card BELOW 17!

lol, wth?

[ QUOTE ]

bonuswhores.com for details. you've got to do some research before you just dive into something willy-nilly.

thanks for the concern, Mac.

i spent 4+ hours there yesterday morning and 6+ hours later that night. in total, i spent over 10+ hours researching this yesterday (gotta love my job!). let's say i've read 500 posts claiming this stuff is true, less than 20 of those are from ppl who busted out. so it's either the mods are deleting their messages or they're not posting that they lost or the house *IS* beatable!

whatever the case is, i have $347 left to find out...

You're up, not down. You only put in $200 and you got a $200 bonus. You're up $147. If you have played enough hands to clear the bonus, cash out now, and you made a profit of $147. Find another site. Rinse. Repeat.

You cannot beat blackjack without counting cards. Counting cards is worthless online because they shuffle after every hand. Therefore you cannot beat online blackjack.

You can make a profit, however, by taking their bonus money and quitting as soon as you clear the bonus. You have to play perfect basic strategy to keep the most bonus, and your chance of losing any of your actual buy-in (not the bonus) is quite small.

There's no reason for them to rig the game. Only bonus whores will quit after they clear the bonus. Most people will continue playing long after, until they lose the bonus and their buy-in.

now i'm down, err, up (?) to $318 (profit of $118).

originally deposited $200 at Casino On Net, got the 100% bonus so i actually started with $400. after almost 2 hours of playing, my money's now at $318.

now here's the part where i'm close to strangling myself - since i deposited via NETeller, under their terms & conditions, i have to wager my amount bonus 50x!

[ QUOTE ]

...funds Deposited by NETELLER may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than 50 times the Bonus amount has been wagered.

[/ QUOTE ]

so, since i got $200 bonus, i multiply that by 50 which means i have to play/wager at least $10000 so i can clear my $200 bonus (which has now dwindled to $118).

great. just great. :/ with my luck i'd probably cash out around 47 cents (after spending 167 months at Casino On Net i'm guessing)! i really really REALLY should've just stuck with poker bonus whoring...

now, my money's stuck there, i'm losing money (in a rather quick pace) and i'm committed to spending another half century there just trying to clear my bonus!

lesson learned.

i'm thinking of cashing out the $150 that i deposited (out of the original $200), leave the $200 bonus in my account, and then wait about a week for the $150 that i will cash out to hit my NETeller account.

in the meantime, i'm planning to deposit another $200 (right now) but this time NOT from NETeller and use the $200 bonus that's still in my account so i can clear the bonus quickly.

anybody thinks this is a good idea?

This will not work, and you may void your bonus if you try.

I'm beginning to be convinced that this is a troll. No one can be this stupid.

See this is why casino whoring will stay profitable for a while

to OP becoming a casino whore is not to difficult a task, I managed it and I know next to nothing about the artform. The nice fellows on this forum and others (props Homer) have written handy guides to picking the low hanging money fruit from the money tree that is online casinos, all you really need to be able to do is read and understand a blackjack strategy chart. A few hints, ALWAYS read the terms and conditions at least twice and learn what all the terms therin mean for you. Try to find the beginners whoring posts/guides to show you the easiest sites to profit on. READ a lot i can't stress this enough don't just think ooh free money i'll have some of that. That's when you get caught with unprofitable locked in bonuses. Again, READ.

No, it was not a sticky bonus at Casino On Net. You have to use a different strategy for sticky bonuses. I'd tell you the right strategy, but you'd faint.

Plenty of people post complaints after busting out. We don't delete those threads. There are just many more posts by people who have won money.

You are not certain to win. AA is not guaranteed to win every time, either, It is still a winning hand. It is still great to see that you were dealt AA.
