Re: ($11) Clueless. What do I do?
[ QUOTE ]
Well I was waiting to call and then the other guy called and thats when I turned into a little sally. I guess I need to grow some balls. [/ QUOTE ] Let me guess the caller had a flush draw right? |

Re: ($11) Clueless. What do I do?
You need to re-raise pre-flop, you could push, but you don't have to, but you do have to re-raise and do it big. Down below, someone recommends slow-playing the over-pair after the flop. That is the worst advice ever. Play like that and you'll need to stick to the $10+1 SnG's for the rest of your life.

Re: ($11) Clueless. What do I do?
This is an easy decision.
3 bet it all in preflop. Lose to AA or KK or win the freaking tournement this hand. Does it look like minraised or limped with AA or KK? 5% chance they have AA or KK. This is as easy as clubbing baby seals. The flop check was terrible too. You should have bet all in on the flop also. |

Re: ($11) Clueless. What do I do?
I wasnt recommending a slow play, I said that given that hero did slow play it, hero must call the push.
I personally never take this line and lead out on the flop. |

I'd fold. The risk to run into a AA or KK here is too big for my taste, this early in the STT. [/ QUOTE ] LOL! push preflop! |

Oh, okay, I understood it your post as saying just call, maybe hoping the other players would stay in the hand or something.

Re: ($11) Clueless. What do I do?
All-in preflop. You'd be amazed what kind of garbage you get called with.
