I'd imagine any moisture/spill would create a surface tension bond between the cards and make the deck very tough to work with.

Shuffling/Briding/etc could be tough...

Back patterns seem like they'd be tough to get precisely the same... particularly with the grain of the steel... an adept player could likely memorize dark spots in the grain on key cards...

That said, these are a novelty deck no doubt.... neat idea
