Took the chop. It was generous given my deficit. 3rd. I guess there is no way, given my roll, that I could pass on 200 bucks.

Chop was something like 1720 for #1 1700 for #2 and 1170 for me. It was $300 more than the poster third place, and $200 less than the posted second place and I had about 2.5 to 1 deficit on the leaders who were about even. I decided to take the guarantee.
Theoretically, I wasn't far from a double up, but I would rather secure 25 buy-ins at this level tourney than play for them. It wasn't all that close for me. I completely second your motion for a FAQ on this though. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |
