It might be helpful to narrow this down to a few weaknesses that you can concentrate on.

I believe the book, Killer Poker , deals with this very mindset. Saying, "I suck," or "I should be better," gives you nothing to work with. There are things that you do well and things you do poorly. This is true for any poker player at any level.

I suggest taking notes after each session. Try to identify the biggest weakness in your game, then seek help in this forum. There are some outrageously skilled players here that should be able to help you.
