Another Ruling, Please
It’s near the end of day 1 of the WSOP. There’s been a bunch of action and on the turn player A moves all-in for T25K. Player B has him covered by a couple thousand and is sitting in the 1-seat. He’s debating a call and sliding his cards back and forth across the felt. They touch the muck. The contact is brief and minimal but there is no dispute that it occurred. There is also no dispute which two cards are Player B’s. Player B’s hands remained in contact with his cards the whole time. The floor is called (at the request of player A.) What’s the ruling?

Re: Another Ruling, Please
Thanks. This seems to me a proper ruling but also seems to allow for some angle-shooting (hitting the muck to get a reaction.)
