my biggest leak... help!

i think my biggest weakness is the inability to play a strong ace out of position when im getting action.

check the turn? fold the turn raise? bet the river?
what should i have done if he flat called the turn bet? should i check or bet the river?

turn = blank ... im pushing turn

Any reads on Villian? I think I would push the turn here too..calling leaves you with only 10.40 behind so it's either push or fold. Turn min raise is kinda scary though, could be a set..or possibly KQ or JQ? This is one of my least favorite spots to be in, I find myself losing to sets in these situations quite often.
