***** Hand History for Game 3108023586 *****
0/0 Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL) - Mon Nov 28 01:08:08 EST 2005 Table Table 65671 (Real Money) -- Seat 9 is the button Total number of players : 8 Seat 2: ( $44.05) Seat 4: Hero ( $9.65) Seat 6: Villan ( $18.35) Seat 7: ( $57.78) Seat 9: ( $1.97) ** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to Hero Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Seat 2 calls (0.25) Hero raises (1.50) to 1.50 Villan raises (2.75) to 2.75 Seat 7 calls (2.75) Seat 9 calls (1.97) (All In) Seat 2 calls (2.50) Hero ($6.90 left)..........??????? Villan had been playing loose and seemed to take enjoyment in calling ALL of my preflop raises. This time he did not call, he reraises so I have to think he has a decent hand here. Not only that there are also 4 others in the hand. So is a reraise here suicide? -Mike |

if i was playing 25nl with 8.4, i would be very willing to stick it in with QQ...

I would push in this situation since you are so shortstacked, and there is still a good chance you have the best hand. If you're gonna play so short you gotta be willing to stick it all in preflop with QQ IMO.

dude, you got 6.90 left and the pot is already pretty big. if you just call, then you can't protect your hand postflop anyways. perhaps, you could fold to an a or k on the flop, and push/call on non-scary flops. if you had a little more, maybe i would do that. but with only $7 left, i just push. folding isn't an option with that little left.

You're short stacked and If you get a favorable flop you're likely getting all your chips in anyway.
Push here because you're likely ahead right now. |
