For your bigger buy-in event, you MUST play the Wynn tournament. They have $300 on Tue and Thur and a $500 on Fri. It is the best structure you will find in town. 3000 Starting Chips 25/50 First Level 45 Minute Rounds Cool Chips [/ QUOTE ] This is EXACTLY the kind of info I'm looking for. And, I assume, you believe this is a better buy than the Bellagio $500? Great stuff, man. |

The competition is about the same at each. I played in 2 Wynn tournies and won one of them and bubbled the other. Also, the chips are no where near as cool. |

The 11am MGM doesn't have a great structure, but it's definitely a soft field with a good payout. $50+15, usually get around 100 entrants, top 6 get paid.
From what I recall, the structure is: ~1200 Starting Chips 25/25 First Level 20 Minute Rounds It's also a much nicer place to sit for 3 hours than the Luxor or others at that end of the strip. |
