Re: first 6 max post
Grunch...Somewhat new to 6-max, too.
Hand 1: Looks fine. It looks like you're probably behind to either an A or a 9. This is, of course, assuming a "reasonable player." Hand 2: Is raising UTG w/ A9o okay to do 5 handed? I'd probably muck it. Post flop, the hand looks fine, though. It's pretty unlikely you can shoot at an UI turn and get all of these guys to fold. It's definitely much less than 6:1 odds, I'd say. Hand 3: Looks fine. If you're behind, then you don't have the odds to chase the overcard draw. If the opponent is more loose aggro post flop, then calling down would probably be the way to go. And in that case, a raise on the flop would be better. You can take a free card on the turn UI, and stop a bluff on the river by calling if still UI. |

Re: first 6 max post
1. fold
2. good...too many to drive out of this one 3. Anyone raise the flop to try and buy a free card? I usually lead most flops too like CO did to try and isolate the PFR. |
