My main concern was did I play this right? I figured with the pre-flop raise I had to come out betting and try to take it down. Would a river bet be necessary also? The SB had only been at the table for a few hands prior to this so I did not have enough info on him to be able to make a positive read. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Guy is unknown. There is not much he is betting on this board that we are beating. If you are lucky he has a gutshot w/ 2 overs. The pot is small. I like folding. Keep an eye on him, and see if we can get him next time I raise w/ something better.
