This is exactly the same ( sort of [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] ) as with playing two or three tables at once.

I asked a mathematician about win-rates for playing multi-tables a while back, having totally missed that the point has got nothing to do with mathematics.

If you win at 2BB per hour on one table, but only at 1BB per hour per table on two tables, it's because you haven't learned to play poker at a faster pace.

So as Lorinda infers - you have to drink more and play more, Ryan. If you are on a table with a Zoot, tell them so that they can watch your play and advise you how you did, in the morning.

I play like crap when I'm drunk. But I keep trying. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] Not surprisingly all of my big losses (in terms of big bets) are from me drinking and playing internet poker. You'd think I'd learn?

I got drunk last night and these were my adventures:

I get into a $5/$10 game on UB. A maniac sits down to my right. We go to war a zillion times because the other goons are letting me isolate him (i.e. the classic matchup of Q4o vs A4o and I fail to value bet my 4 with 3 overcards [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]) and I come out ahead most of them, but take a few bad beats to other players, not that I can blame them as I probably looked like another maniac. I bounce around +/- $100 for a while and finally leave when I'm up $50 after about an hour of play as I can't wait for the maniac to bust out any longer.

Several hours and more alcohol later I get into a $5/$10 stud/8 game on stars, play for about 15 minutes, scoop a good pot when I make a wheel on 5th, give some of it back and leave when I realize there's not much point to playing this game when you chop a pot head's up and lose $.25.

I log onto Truepoker and brilliantly think "Oh I'll sit down in this 3 handed $10/$20 game with my initial $500 whoredeposit". Fortunately I pick up a couple hands and the players aren't that good and I win $150 in about 20 minutes and wisely decide to leave. Actually I may just take that and cash out as it appears $5/$10 on TP doesn't go and I have no desire to play higher or lower to clear this slow bonus on this slow site.

I go to bed about an hour before I normally do and wake up twice in the middle of the night to drink a whole glass of water and kick the cat off me.

Overall one of the better drunkpoker sessions..

Clearing the TP bonus is taking forever. I'll stick it out as I usually enjoy playing there but I'm not looking forward to this. I think i've played around 4 hours and cleared 20 bucks.
