Default Anybody else have a problem with True Poker?

I bought in the other day and played for a bit. I wrote down my balance when I was done. I log in today and I have less than what I wrote down. Can True Poker be trusted?

Never had any kind of problem with that site. Ask the online host or e-mail support. The TruePoker customer support is one of the best, compared to the other online cardrooms.

I am about to go make a deposit on their latest reload bonus.

True has a peculiar balance structure, something to do with money and chips being seperate.

Have you double checked both balances?

I trust them. i have never had a problem.

They do something weird with your money though, you have a cash amount and a chips amount, and when you sit at the table, you sit with your entire "chip" amount. Under that, in a greyed box, is your total balance. Make sure you were looking at that.

Their support is semi-helpful. Their software uber-f'd me in a tournament on sunday night and I wrote to support with my problem and complaint and still haven't received a response. I'll give them a bit more time before I PM the CEO on here. I'm not expecting much to be done but I did get f'ed out of a good shot at making the money.

I trust TP more than any other site on the net. If there's a discrepancy between what you wrote down and what the site says you have, theres a 99% chance that you're in error.

Did you make sure you checked the right balance? They will be able to send you everything that has been done with your money since you were on the site. If your balance is truly off, go onto the app, and IM the host, and start making noise.
