Thanksgiving : Best recipe?
I usually go by the Martha Stewart recipe. Anybody have better suggestions?
I brine my turkey. I love stuffing. What else? |

Re: Thanksgiving : Best recipe?
I've been watching a lot of Food Network lately because I find it makes my plain ham sandwich taste better if I'm watching a nice dish being prepared while I eat.
Anyway, they put all the recipes from all their shows on their site. They currently have a nice Thanksgiving section setup. Emeril has a brined turkey recipe. |

It seems as though he makes it look so easy but I know if I do it, it'll take longer than he does, like way longer, and way more difficult. I suck at cooking and barely know basics and just basically watching the food network in hopes of somehow learning a trick or two. Iron Chef is cool but I'm never going to cook a fish or chicken or beef the way they do. Anyhow, I'll check it out. Thanks. |
