Re: An expert play with AQo
I'd probably just take a WA/WB line. Like everyone else says.

Re: An expert play with AQo
I thought it was more often bet/call than bet/fold.

Re: An expert play with AQo
I don't think check-raising the flop is that bad a move, a lot of players will bet the flop no matter what comes in HU situations. MP3 just calls the checkraise which also should indicate that he doesnt have twopair, I think the checkraise is good enough. I am a bit sceptical to the turn check though, bet away!

Re: An expert play with AQo
Flop is debatable, you don't really want queens or worse to fold. Turn looks good, you're not too worried about free cards if your ahead and you avoid being raised if you are drawing. I think you missed an easy check raise on the river though.

Re: An expert play with AQo
Love the advice.
Call, call, c/r. If it's a passive player probably bet the river? |

Re: An expert play with AQo
1. bet the flop.
1.1 if called on flop, bet the turn. 1.1.1 if called on turn, bet the river. 1.1.2 if raised on turn, check-raise river. 1.2. if raised on flop, check-call the turn. 1.2.1 possibly bet, possibly check-raise. is this weak? did I miss some kind of standard line? I'm a little hesitant about the river check-raise because it's highly read dependent. |
