Or you can stay up all night. I lost 30 pounds in ten days doing that once, got like 8 hours of sleep the whole time. Seriously though, for stuff that won't endanger your life or make you very sick, I'll let other guys detail it, but would very much recommend that you drink NOTHING but water. Soda, juice, etc., has an unbelievable amount of calories in it and sugar, and that shocks your system into storing your calories as fat. Water helps you poop out more and faster, and is used for pretty much everything in your body. Drink at the very least the 8 glasses a day of water you commonly hear about, and more will be appropriate if you are exercising at all or just feel like drinking. Drink BEFORE you get thirsty. And cut out all the salted and prepared foods you can. If you can go without much in the way of starches, especially refined ones, you will loose weight very quickly and will be healthy doing it, too. Vegetables can provide your carbohydrates fine while giving you next to no calories. They are a dieter's dream because they are very nutritious and you can gorge yourself silly on the non-starchy ones without putting any weight on at all. Seriously, you don't have to ever be hungry if you make the majority of your diet non-starchy veggies and lean meats and fruit. |

1) Lots of exercise
2) Calorie controlled diet, vastly reducing your carb intake 3) Drink lots of water when you feel hungry between meals 4) No alcohol As long as your strict with yourself the weight can just fall off. |

2. Find your BMR 3. Eat/drink ~600 calories a day less than what your BMR is 4. Cardio exercise 6 times a week 5. Weight train 3 times a week 6. Win bet P.S. I have lost 50 pounds since Sept. 12 doing this |

The Atkins is great for fast weight loss.
A couple years ago I came home from Florida after catching a very unflattering profile reflection of myself in a poolside bar mirror. At the time I was 6'3"/255 lbs. After one month I had lost 24 pounds. I stayed on the diet for 3 months and met my goal of 220 lbs. But EFF it long term. I like my breads and potatoes too much and went off. that was 2 years ago. I since have just watched the sweets and am very comfortable at my present weight of 232. |

Eat breakfast, Don't eat anything after supper except for maybe some fruit. Stay active. Sumo wrestlers get big by not eating anything until late in the day, then eating all evening....do the opposite.
