Dealer or other?

Sorry I have no time to search right now...just have to settle a bet

After losing a bet, then logging into one site to see that I was right, only to have the other bettor logging into a site to show me he was right, I have realized it differs. Check out Pokerstars vs TigerGaming and you have two different versions.

For the most part the dealer is the SB. Some sites are different but Ive always seen/played where dealer is small blind and other is big blind

The standard rule is that the dealer is small blind and acts first PF.
