Call and put him in on the turn. He's either bluffing or has a very strong hand, so let him be the aggressor.

I like a bigger preflop raise but on the flop I don't mind a smoothcall to stack him on the turn.
remember he has to have the flush draw and have a flush hit on the turn, this just occurs way too seldom. |
