PokerTracker Question

I did some searching but was unable to find an exact answer. Of those of you who use PokerTracker, would you consider it good or bad to leave partypoker on, observing tables in within the limit you play in order to collect a larger number of hands when rating these players? (Is this even possible? If so, how?)

It's called datamining and it is done on a regular basis by pretty much anyone who has PT

cool thanks. i have a few more questions.
1. is there any easy way to remove a specific limit from my database? (i see the manual remove thing, but theres no batch option)
2. how accurate is it to combine stats from two different limits? The way i see it, people play differently at different limits, making it slightly innaccurate. Any truth to this?
