Default How do these tight players do?

In looking at how some tight players at my tables have done in the past, I've noticed that there are a few I call "ultra tight" but wanted to get other people's opinion.

I've noticed these players have similar stats:

VP$IP: 11-12%
WTSD: 28-32%
W$SD: 65-70%

Basically, they only play the top 11-12% hands and tend to drop quickly vs. strength if they don't have top pair or nut draw. I want to classify them as weak-tight, but they actually aren't that weak. These players will play back at you with top pair or better, they just have very strict starting card criteria.

At what limits can you make decent $ playing only the top 11-12%? I am personally targetting 20% (am currently at 26% but have dropped to 24% last 6000 hands... I'm working on plugging the AQo, AJ, KQ, KJs type of hands that I lose money overall with).

I can see in the higher limits playing tighter makes much more sense b/c you get so much action when you're in and are short handed at the pot. But in these 2.4/3.6/5.10 games it just seems to me there are a lot more hands you can play if you have enough players.

Any thoughts on these type of supertight players?
