would you check the flop if you had AA? how about AK? how about 76s?

for me, checking the flop 3-handed after i've raised would be out of harmony with my playing style on all other hands.

Same for me. I CB a lot, probably too much in all honesty. Good point that has been overlooked to this point (although I generally agree that a bit of a slowplay is in order here). The main problem with this flop unfortunately is that there isnt much of a way for anyone to catch up.

Standard line per SSH. Bet the under, check the over.

I c/c with AA hoping to get paid off by AQ, KQ... AK I bet/check 50/50, 76s I prolly lead out...

actually, i was a bit afraid that other players would note my pfr, flop check as a monster... i'ts not my normal strat, as I like to bet my big hands...

that said, check thru on the flop told me two things...

1. BB and MP didn't have pairs: why check 99 or 88 on an paired flop?
2. BB and MP most likely had trash holdings like KJ or Ax

So gave the free cards hoping to get called for value on the river...
